There's your last Halloween record.
Further proof that everything on the Hanna Barberra label from this era was a winner.

Danny Hutton later went on to become one of the vocalists in Three Dog Night, and after briefly perusing his Wikipedia page, i also learned that he was the head of HBR in 1965/66.

Monsters of the midway

This one's about a Chicago sports ball team. It doesn't mean all that much to me for a few reasons:
First off I didn't live here in 1985 or 1940 so i'm not much of a Bears fan, and i don't remember the song. Secondly, i'm not much of a fan of the game so i'd rather sit and watch my fingernails grow than have to sit and watch it at all. I do like corny old records about it though.

Anyway it's got the word 'Monster' in the title...

Clap for the Wolfman

Let's do all monster songs for the month of October shall we? I have a bunch that i've been saving for the occasion, including a few Martian/Flying saucer songs as well. Also, whilst perusing the 50 cent bins of my local record shop just the other day, i unearthed a few gems that i haven't even recorded yet, including one 1980s Monster/Chicago sports-ball 45. We'll also be celebrating a very special birthday later this month, so stay tuned for that as well...
