Greatest Love
The sizzlin bacon noise adds a certain charm to an old tune like this. It's almost like the record itself is saying- I've been beat up and kicked around and might be a little bit bruised and scarred, but i survived, and i'm gonna keep on keepin on in spite of all the shit that's been thrown my way...
Dig it
get it

Such a good song :-)
Fuckin right.
Oh yeah, Willie West, always a favorite...
Both tunes on this 45 were originally cut by Lee Dorsey, in fact the backing tracks used are exactly the same.
Dorsey's versions were album-only cuts.
@ana-b -
Did not know that! What *is* the flip side?
Thank you.
Holly-
The flip is called "Hello Mama." It's equally as good as this one, i'm gonna sit on it till Mothers Day (get it) check back then.
