Sometimes I just grab crap like this because it's got an interesting looking label. I have regular stuff on the Bell label, but with a title like The Crazy Otto by Buddy and his Pals? Could be anything.
It is what it is, but what the hell. For ten cents, i'd say i got my moneys worth...
