I find it odd - and somewhat unsettling - that you're the only person I follow who's commented on the significance of today's date!
There are a few dates that any self respecting rock and roll fan should always recognize. February 9th, July 25th, December 8th, December 18th, and of course today to name a few...
I'm just doing my part.
OK, I know Dec 8 as it's my Dad's b-day as well as John's death day, and I know Dec 18 is all about Keef!, but the other 2 have me flummoxed.

Otis Redding, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Patsy Cline/Cowboy Copas and Randy Rhodes plane crashes are up there too, but i don't know the dates of any of those off the top of my head...
